The Kellogg Research Library
The 1890 House Museum has made its research library available to the public. Visitors may also explore our digital photo archive.
Open Thursdays to Saturdays Noon to 4pm or by appointment.
Our research library features books on Victorian art and architecture, Victorian daily life, décor, American history, and local history. We are in the process of digitizing our collection of photographs, letters and diaries, and newspaper articles. These feature the Wickwire family and friends, and the beginning of the 1890 House Museum.
This library is open to the public during our museum opening hours Thursdays to Saturdays 12-4. We have a computer that holds all of our currently scanned collection.
